A pivotal three day workshop to determine ARAP’s strategic plan for the upcoming three years was held 31 January to 2 February 2018.
To ensure its best possible contribution to the reform processes of rule of law, accountability, anti-corruption and environmental governance in Ghana, ARAP’s stakeholder partners were key participants towards the work plan.
Convened by the Programme’s Coordination Unit, the workshop’s priorities included future stakeholder collaboration, how to create actual change, and how ARAP can add value to anti-corruption activities.
It was the occasion to review the programme’s progress to date, and use learnings from activities already implemented by partner organisations to help the planning and help strengthen Ghana’s fight against corruption.
The three outcomes from the workshop include the following: 1) A draft three-year work plan, finalised by each stakeholder; 2) A clear outline of procurement needs for each stakeholder institution; 3) Agreed and established areas of coordination between the stakeholder institutions.
