ARAP is hiring a consultant to support the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the development, planning and management of a set of public education campaigns. The focus will be on compliance monitoring, complaints management and ‘e-permitting’.
The consultant will be required to work closely with the EPA and relevant stakeholders to plan and facilitate public education workshops, identify target audiences, develop and produce manuals containing best practices to be used by EPA staff, among other tasks.
