ARAP is contracting a consultant to support ARAP’s stakeholders with their capacity building for effective social media management and digital communication.
The first assignment will include developing and delivering a capacity building initiative for the Public Affairs Directorate (PAD) of the Ghana Police Service (GPS), with a focus on improving their social media management.
Other assignments will be determined with ARAP’s Coordinating Unit (CU) and stakeholders, but will include the following tasks:
1. Support ARAP stakeholders with social media and digital communication design, strategic planning and programming. With particular focus on the thematic areas of accountability, anti-corruption, rule of law and environmental governance.
2. Provide technical advice, support and assistance to ARAP’s stakeholders in the design and implementation of digital communications and public education digital campaign activities.
3. Develop training and capacity building materials, curriculum and manuals, to support ARAP’s stakeholders’ digital communication initiatives.
4. Organise, conduct, lead, participate and facilitate workshops, trainings, seminars and debates in the framework of the commissioned tasks and assignments.
